Allow configuration via ruby instead of yaml

A few people have asked for this. Maybe some DSL - I've got put some thought into it and have some examples bookmarked and in email.
Feel free to attach any ideas or patches to this ticket. The concept of a "Config File" is fairly decoupled, so it shouldn't be too hard.
