GemInstaller cannot distinguish between gems that have the ame name but capitalized differently.

GemInstaller doesn't have anyway to do an exact match on gem name. For example I want to install 'gdata', an API client for Google web services, but GemInstaller keeps fetching GData an outdated library for doing the same thing.
It would be nice to be able to have way to do an exact match on name.
