Test failures under older rubygems due to invalid spec warnings

This shows up when rogue_gem_finder_spec is run as part of the suite under RubyGems 1.2.0 or 1.3.0. The root cause is the warnings being printed to STDERR by rubygems, and not being correctly parsed by GemCommandManager#dependency.
